Return/Refund Policy

Guitar Pedals Cheap does not accept general returns nor issue refunds at the moment. Due to Covid -19 and shipping issues, it is cost prohibitive to our small operation and shipping logistics are problematic in all sectors. Doing this allows us to keep prices low and compete with big retailers.

BUT - we check every single pedal for functionality and sound before it leaves the guitar pedal shop. You will get a fully functional pedal that has been through rigorous tests

The only acceptation to a return/refund is damage or package loss in shipment by the carrier. All packages are insured and will be handled on a case by case basis. 

Any refunds issued will be instore credit only.
